I am not satisfied because the web panel of the server I purchased keeps crashing and no one is taking care of it.
Since I bought the server, the web panel has crashed at least 3 times. I only use it for Minecraft and I am the only one accessing it, yet it constantly gives a RAM error and shuts down the server.

However, not all errors you encounter in the management panel are necessarily caused by interruptions. Please contact us along with the error you received in the management console.

their panel always crashing im not happy about their service when i want my money back they say we can give you site credit not refund to my credit card
if im not happy with your service how can your site credit can solve my problem? long story short dont buy servers from this site
edit:they replied me 1 year later and blame me for their S*** panel :d
