The wallpaper is beautiful! Fast shipping too!

Though the item arrived damaged, the Customer Support Team issued a refund expeditiously. I would buy again.

Great activity wall for our kids and we get to use it too. The only critique is that the Velcro straps are flimsy so we had to replace with child locking buckle straps.

Great process, great product! It should be called the Goldilocks Pillow because the user can modify it until it’s just right. The tiny pieces of filler don’t clump. The design makes it easy to remove filler and put it back in as many times as it takes to get the right firmness.

What a cool house plant, it came package very well, just a couple broken branches!

I made the mistake or ordering a lamp from this company, which took almost 3 weeks to arrive - there was no communication or replies from their supposed "exceptional service". Turns out it was from China and did not match the original description and post on the website. There are several similar websites that look identical (all ending with & sill), and all operate exactly the same - you order an item, it comes from China. It's a scam. Avoid.

The items, when they finally arrived, were great. I did not realize the items were being shipped from China and took over three weeks to arrive plus the delivery guy was an idiot and I had to drive home to meet him to guide him from my neighbors driveway to mine even though I texted him very clear instructions. So

I love browsing through the many beautiful items on their site. I also appreciate Sage & Sill's honesty, with each item stating up front the expected ship date range. I placed 2 separate orders, each at 2 to 4 weeks. Both arrived within the window. Knowing it might take a while is much better than being disappointed by a late shipment!

Great. Fast service, great find and great quality

I placed an order with this supposed American company out of Spokane Washington on December 11th. Plenty of time to receive it BEFORE CHRISTMAS, right? WRONG. It's now over two weeks later, the day AFTER CHRISTMAS and the postal service still hasn't even received the package. Don't be fooled by the slick website. If you order from these people you're ordering junk from China. You may as well be ordering from Temu or some other Chinese site at half the price or less. At least they're honest about who they are and where they are located.

Shipping was reasonable. It really sure what the tiny o-rings are for. There was no directions, but I got it put together minus the o-rings. I’ll be giving it as a gift for Christmas. I think she will like it.

Customer service responded to my email right away when I thought my package was supposed to have been delivered, but I was wrong and it was still out for delivery.
