I was desperate, they made me save loads
The job at my house was particularly complicated, the system was old and faults were hidden. Heating and hot water should have been independent and turned out to be interconnected.
SAGE turned up and just didn't give up until they sorted the core of the issue.
Many attempts were necessary, as well as checks with different devices like x-raying the walls...I definitely saw them get more and more going when times got tough and I was getting desperate.
Finally it was sorted and they didn't charge extra, they prioritised the result but stuck to the original preview of price.
Massive professionality and utter honesty, I ended up paying some extra on my own initiative.
I'll probably save grands on heating anyway from now on. Thanks!!!

Highly recommended
Carlos was professional, friendly, approached the job (overflowing washing machine) forensically. Identified possible problems and set about remedying them, all the time explaining what he was doing and why. He then tested the machine with a wash. problem solved! I would have no hesitation in recommending.

absolutly awesome
The team were all in all absolutley awesome. Had loads of plumbers out who were expensive and failed to understand the problem.
The team at Sage came out and were reasonably priced and clearly knew what they were doing. Having been quoted over £2000 to sort a problem by a competitor the team came and in and sorted if for a third of the price and in half the time. Professional at all times and left the place slick and span.
Couldn’t be happier and highly recommended.
