Sage Space is a rare gem of a company who offers outstanding products alongside even more spectacular customer service. My Aura Lounge audio jack broke (I have a toddler so who knows if it was wear and tear or... more than typical wear and tear), and before I could even reach out to Sage Space to ask for assistance they had emailed indicating that they had a complementary headset upgrade featuring a right angle adapter to - you guessed it - prevent damage due to wear and tear on the straight adapter. I then indicated my current predicament of already having a broken audio jack on the Lounge, and they sent me a whole replacement unit that arrived within two days of the email exchange. They also made returns super easy, saying that another department would reach back with a label and that I could just return the broken unit on their dime. The Aura Lounge itself is amazing, you can really get intense vibrations going if that's what you're looking for (and of course dial it back if you need to).

At a local salon, I experienced a vibroacoustic bed for the first time and immediately knew I wanted one of my own. After comparing a couple of options, I reached out to Sage Space Technologies with a few questions. I received a quick, thoughtful (and refreshingly non-generic) response from Gabriel, one of the co-founders. He not only answered everything I asked, but also shared additional insights about their product. That personal touch is what ultimately made my decision—I placed my order the same day.

Just two days later, my Aura Lounge arrived. Setup was simple, and I was up and running right away. I really appreciate the flexibility of using either a direct audio connection or Bluetooth, and the included earphones sound excellent.

One of the biggest advantages over competitors is the freedom to use any audio I want, rather than being limited to a specific app or library. That said, the tracks available within their app are well done and easy to explore. The system itself is intuitive and easy to get comfortable with.

Overall, the Aura Lounge has been a fantastic addition to my meditation practice and personal wellness routine. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their relaxation, support mindfulness, and invest in their self-growth.
