Honest and reliable company. John is very knowledgeable and comes wwithout any dodgy sales talk! Great product and great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!

I used Sage for a new kitchen door and windows throughout my flat. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies and John (the business owner) was proactive in ensuring paperwork and dates were sorted at a convenient time for me.

I was very happy with the end product and although two minor adjustments were needed, as the doors and windows settled, it was dealt with quickly and effectively.

They're a local business and I would absolutely recommend them.

John and his team we brilliant. I got a really good quote for replacement windows and door. They worked with me to coordinate the instillation with other work being carried out which necessitated multiple visits. They even helped to correct a problem caused by another installer.

Fantastic quality. We love our new windows and conservatory. They were friendly yet professional right from start to finish. They kept me informed about which windows they would be doing the next day and always cleared up at the end of every day. If we move house again and need new windows I won't even waste my time getting a quote from anyone else. Will recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Sage Windows. I was provided with outstanding customer service by John and his team. I found the team to be trustworthy which in the window installation industry is hard to find. I carried out my own research into comparison prices for windows installation (from other companies) and found their prices to be fair. The quotation included for triple glazing which has made a great difference in terms of acoustic qualities. I work as a Building Surveyor and I always recommend Sage Windows to new clients.

Having approached several other companies and been dissatisfied with their hard sales and outrageous prices, I contacted John of Sage Windows and Doors expecting more of the same. From the outset he put me at ease, no hard sale, focusing purely on the quality of their products, their fitting, time frame for delivery and fitting, as well as costs involved. From a financial aspect, there were no hidden costs, a deposit was paid and a date of delivery and installation provided, with the emphasis that no further monies were to be paid until I was completely happy with the service provided. I was glad I chose this company. John's team arrived on the date stated, worked to a high standard, were professional throughout and I have a beautiful home with quality windows and doors I have complete confidence in.

Had a really pleasant experience with the company and I’m pleased with my window fittings. Cost and time efficient and would recommend.

Please stay away of this company, they’re only lying regarding services provided, ordered to this people 9 double glazed pvc windows and 2 french door in August this year, I was told by the propertor that I will have my windows installed by the end of September this year , in the mean time I would like to mention that I paid more then 50% in advance when I place the order,
Is end of October and I have not an answer and lot of lyes from the owner and I feel like I have to go in the legal side to be able to recover my money back.

We've ordered double sliding doors and fixed window. Spoke with the proprietor - paid 50% up front. On the day of the delivery we were told there was an 'accident' and our items have been damaged. They promised to re-make the products within one week. One week later the owner promised a full refund as they were, after all, unable to supply. Months later and countless emails are ignored, countless calls are ignored, still chasing our £1,900 for the refund. We are so disappointed with the services received. At the date of this posting, we still have not received our refund as promised. Based on our experience, we would not recommend doing business with them.
