Bad customer service
When I got the tickets they were in the last part of the time frame when I ordered. That was to late for us, as we needed to depart for our return journey. I tried to cancel the tickets both by phone and mail in the morning, but with no luck. After returning back home, I finally got in touch with the ticket office. I asked for a refund of our unused tickets, the amount was 72 euros. However, they rejected my request. I sent one more, detailed explanation - but I heard no more from them. This is bad customer service. Avoid this company

Amazing cathedral but was disappointed…
Amazing cathedral but was disappointed with the ticket purchasing method. Here is why:
1. The website isn't clear about what is included in the ticket. When I purchased the ticket I thought I was purchasing general entry and towers. Only after the tickets arrived in my email did I realize that it was only general entry. This needs to be made clear because on other websites we can purchase general entry and towers for the same price as this.
2. only when the tickets arrived I was made aware of the actual ticket cost vs the administration fees. this breakdown should be given before checkout, not after paying. Administration fee is non-refundable if you return your tickets).
3. It was not clear this was a third-party website. It looked like the official website so I didn't think I was paying an extra fee for administration.

It's a scam! Lost over £200 on 6 tickets arrived to be told we were late, it literally said 3-7pm on our ticket's we weren't the only one lots of people were scammed too.

Communication failings
The information initially received was a 3 hour window for time of entrance, a second email was received confirming time however was lost in the sea of emails organising the holiday. So we took the first email as gospel and arrived late (without the time window given) and weren’t allowed in. EUR200 lost and according to the guide in the Sagrada familia we were not the only ones it happens often with this company. Won’t use this service again.

I am giving a star, because that's the lower i am allowed to give.
They didnt let me in, because ''I didnt arrive in time'' which was not even clear on the ticket, and they didnt give me the chance to ask for refund.

Staff un-helpful with online booking system
You cannot order tickets in person which is understandable, however the QR code to access the website did not work. I purchased tickets through official site (found via google search), but the tickets did not arrive quickly. When we asked staff, we were told we did not order from an unofficial site (when we did)... they unfortunately offered no further advice, and they seemed totally disinterested in helping. Eventually when the tickets arrived via e-mail we were able to gain entry but they arrived 10 mins after our booked entry time and so we were nervous the tickets would not be valid (thankfully they were still valid).
Once inside we had a very enjoyable experience, the Basilica truly is remarkable :)
The audio guides accessed via the app were also fantastic but the Wi-fi was not accessible and so we were limited to how much roaming data was used.
