Great online Turkish grocery shopping experience
Sahara Fresh has been our family’s go to place for Turkish food for last couple of years. Thanks to them we are able to have a large variety of Turkish food, borek, pastirma, simit etc., regularly via deliveries, instead of occasionally like we used to be able to do in Southeastern suburbs in Melbourne. Their care in preparing and delivering our order never disappoints.

My First visit to The store GEM found!!!
My First visit to the store after making online delivery order!
They were so kind and helpful answering my questions promptly I decided to pick up my purchase and see what else was in their store instead of having goods delivered.
As we walked in there was a photo collage of the family And we were greeted by a smile!
The gentleman smiled from ear to ear saying “ welcome I am Smiley”
I smiled and replied I can see.
Store was neat, clean organised and very well priced.
It’s a hidden gem.
Every staff member made an effort to treat us with respect and kindness.
Lacking these days in our world.
Every shelf, fridge, freezer was immaculate!!!
Their pride in the store showed.
I purchased lots of things but the tray of assorted Turkish delights from the deli were mind blowing.
I got a slice of each for my son and we just could not stop until the tray was empty.
Great gift idea?
We will be back!
The only thing that would make it 7 stars is a little corner to have a sweet and a coffee or tea.
Then that would be a great little catch up place:)
