First of all, the order was delayed by 2 days so took about a week since I placed the order to receive it. And secondly half of the order was not available and was refunded. I wasted a lot of time ordering with them and still not receiving what I ordered. It would have been better if I walked into the nearest grocery and picked the things I want from there. Lesson learned. Not ordering with them again.

Very good service and all frozen items came well insulated and cold. Pricing was good too. I was a little disappointed a couple of items got cancelled but that won’t stop me from purchasing my fave Turkish products. Delivery was quick as well and great communication.

First we didn’t have half of the order. (Recieved next day)
Second item was missing we asked them to refund it instead of sending it again. They said they will refund its been over 1 month still didnt recieved the refund. Very unhappy with our purchase from sahara fresh.

Fast delivery, absolutely tasty the Mighty Spud 750gram Potato cakes are delightful and they cooked to perfection. I will definitely order again. 😃 Highly recommend people must give Sahara Fresh a go today.

The bananas were old upon arrival, their skins yellow and black and when peeled blackish inside. We threw them all in the bin, waste of $8. The rockmelons were tiny for the price charged.

The spray kolonya bottles were packed in same box with loose potatoes resulting in their lids coming off, never seen packaging like this before.

In future l will only be ordering pre packed and seeled items such as yogurt, helim and frozen food to ensure they’re of good quality.

I saw this company on Facebook and decided to give them a go instead of using my regular main supermarket. I was so surprised at the excellent products, choices and freshness of there frozen, fresh veggies and meat.
I will continue to use them from now on for all my grocery needs as there service, packing and delivery was exceptional.

My first purchase from Sahara Fresh, delivered on 19-10-2021 with a problem. There was two boxes with Haloumi cheese, each box was containing two, 2Kg buckets. One box came with very good condition. Second box came with leaking salty water of haloumi cheese bucket, because the lid of the bucket was open (the lit was not properly closed). Also there was another problem with second bucket too, the seal of the lit was broken. Under these condition it was impossible for me to accept because of hygienic reasons. I complained to Sahara Fresh and they replaced the two bucket of haloumi cheese after a couple days and they took back other two. I suggest them to be more careful when they packing the goods for delivery in future to earn 5 star rating.
