Misleading and Unprofessional – Stay Awaybsite through Google
I found this website through Google, liked a couple of abayas, and added them to my cart. When I tried to pay, I got an error message. I emailed them with a screenshot of the issue, and they replied asking for my phone number, saying they only handle communication via WhatsApp — which is already a red flag for an online business.
After that, they told me the prices had increased, claiming the website “isn’t officially launched yet.” There was no warning or disclaimer about this anywhere on the site. It felt like a bait-and-switch — low prices to lure you in, then they try to charge more once you show interest.
To top it off, they are not registered with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, so there’s no way to formally report them. Overall, a frustrating and sketchy experience. I do not recommend trusting this site with your time or money.
