My son recently purchased a Sail and Ski voucher, but I am unable to use it as it appears the shop has closed. No communication as to why, and I have lost the value of my voucher. Very disappointed.

Never got the goods

Bought and paid for snowboard trousers in Dec which were carded by the postman at the wrong address. My neighbour put the card through my letterbox a fewdays later but i had already left for Tignes. Got back and went to collect item from post office but they said it had been returned to sender. I checked with Sail and Ski and they say they didnt receive goods back. Royal Mail said they did and refuse to settle claim for lost goods. I am out of pocket. Not happy.

Dear Stu,

I am most surprised and disturbed to find this review you have posted, as you can see from our other reviews this is not typical of our service and to be quite honest with you is actually against the "Distance selling regulations act 2000" on our behalf if what you say is actually true.

As it stands we have no record of this happening, but it should be for us to claim from the post office and not you if they were recieved back to us.

Please get in touch with us on shrewsbury@sailandski.co.uk or on 01743 353776 in order for us to find your order on our system and rectify the situation for you.

We do of course have times where missing items can take some time to get resolved but we never leave them unresolved and have built our company for over 40 years based on good customer service.

Fantastic Customer Service

Left a birthday present order too late, and missed their next day delivery cut off.

They said they would see if they could call the driver back, and let me know.

Got a call back 5 minutes later, and they said that the order can go ahead for next day delivery.

Very Professional

I purchased some snowboard bindings on the sail and ski website last week. When they arrived they were the wrong size, this infuriated me as I had called previously to make sure I was receiving the correct size. When I called them back they were very helpful indeed and neutralised the situation perfectly by sending out the correct bindings the same day and collecting the incorrect one's! I literally had to do nothing! Thank you for being so efficient!

Brilliant service

As usual i left till last minute and ordered new bindings 5 days before i went off to Morzine,they arrived next day unfortunatley id ordered the wrong ones,called the guys at sail and ski and they sent out the right bindings and picked up the others no problem. Great service will definately use again.

Excellent service

Ordered a set of skiis for my wife ( online ). Received great fast delivery after the bindings had been fitted to my exact measurements. Ben communicated well throughout. Would reccommend to anyone.

Good product, quick delivery

I bought a Bonfire Volt Jacket and the product I received has been in perfect condition and is of good quality, pretty much exactly as described on the website. I would recommend both the jacket and the seller.
