Brilliant service and products
Brilliant service and products! We've used Sailflags on several occasions now and have been really pleased with everything we have had. The guys are really efficient and quick to come back to you, I also found them to be extremely patient with me when I kept wanting to tweak the designs. We have had flags, banners and our latest edition was a printed logo door mat for a new premises which looks fabulous!

MOCGB Sailflags
As a club, we have worked with this provider of sailflags for many years, and our main contact has been Mark Boase. We prefer the roll-over car bases and requested an extension on the poles so the flags clear the car’s wing when used outdoors, preventing any marks. The company designed and now supplies us with double-sided sailflags, which we use at all our shows, and we are gradually providing each region with its own set.
Great service and always very helpful—especially when we decide to tweak the designs.

Faultless from start to finish. Mark dealt with a last minute order (including design) so eficiently and took all the stress out of the process. SHipping was very fast, the quality of the product is excellent, and it was great value too.

Extremely Helpful & Good Quality Product
I sent a sketch and a photo of an athletic club vest to Sailflags to take advantage of the design service. Russ took my ideas, then colour and text matched to the vest and produced an ideal product for us. We communicated both on email and call and received nothing but great customer service.
We purchased a 2.4m double sided, scoop edge feather flag along with a fillable base and carry case. Russ advised the light grey liner may show through the white but we were more than happy with the finished product. We've used it at multiple competitions now, it looks great in person and in photos. Despite being subject to various weather conditions it's still in perfect condition. It's also very quick and easy to set up and take down.

We’ve just received our backpack & flag from a very polite and friendly courier.
Chuffed to bits! It’s exactly what we were hoping for and I’m excited to wear it to the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London on Sunday, no excuses for our charity runners not to be able to find me!
Sailflags have not only kept to their delivery promise (buy British!) but have sent us a quality product and provided excellent customer service, swift replies to my many questions and designing exactly what we wanted.
