Slow Service

I ordered a pistol on April 21st and the armory has yet to receive it. They reached out to me to ask the armory to send them their FFL licence. The armory says they sent their FFL license on May 9th but has yet to receive the arm.

Update: August 21 2025 and have yet to hear from them they took my money but refuse to send the product.

Update: September 22nd yet to hear back from them.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

ZERO customer service! Waited two weeks for my two item order (optic and bullets) “awaiting fulfillment”, before I decided to email them. I emailed 3 times and didn’t get receive a response back any of those times. Of course, they have no phone number listed on their site, just a good ole email they don’t respond to. Luckily you can find their number easily through FFLs.com, but i’m sure you wouldn’t get a response that way either. I looked a bit more in depth and it seems that a lot of people are having the same problems with them here recently. I definitely don’t recommend… just spend the extra $50 and go with a company more reliable and helpful. Hopefully someone will see this and save themselves the headache they’ll put you through. Thankfully my bank processed by chargeback fairly quickly.

Customer servICE

Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I filled out the contact us form and also emailed them to get no response still. I’ve been waiting a week for an update on my shipment and I’m getting nothing.

Be home and have door open

I ordered bullets and they were sent thru fed ex and required signature. I work a regular day job so for them to require a signature is stupid unless you are a person who doesnt work. I tried repeatedly to schedule a time id be home but fed ex would only let st barbs make that change since they required the signature. I reached out to them 6 -7 times to change with fed ex and ehy. Absolutely zero response and in the mean time fed ex just showed their tfue colors. They sa I d 2 hr notice and not once did. And twice said they had no answer at door and my dog and i both times not 10' from door. Finally i get them to ship back and still no response from st barbs. Its been 3 gonna be r weeks thryve had it back in their possession and nothing still. Ive tried over a dozens times and still no response or refund. The BBB and Attorney general nect to see if they can do something.They also say they are in seatle my order came from and returned to Texas. My order is there but nothing at site about my return. Ive filled out multiple times and sent over a dozen emails none of which i can see any. I read about their switch well my ordrr al.odt s full month later. And if no returns with ammo i never got pkg to return so why the ignoring my attrmpts to r esolve. I have small claims court papers in my possession and tomorrow they get handed in and $65 is gonna turn into 2-300 how stupid. Be wary of ordering any ammo no matter how good of price you will regret every penny.

Horrible experience with Saint Barbs so…

Horrible experience with Saint Barbs so far! Took almost two weeks to receive my 10 boxes of Hornady Critical Defense in 223. They said the reason for the slow shipping was because I asked for no signature lol. Finally, on the 11th day, yesterday, my ammo came in and there was only 5 boxes instead of 10. I've tried to contact them through 2 separate email addresses as well as through their site and still, after 24 hours, no response.
I do NOT recommend dealing with this company, unless you want headaches.

Ordered an XM42 lite flamethrower from…

Ordered an XM42 lite flamethrower from Saint Barbs. I signed the waiver form and it was shipped to me. When I received it, I followed the directions and hooked the battery up to the charger. Unfortunately cell 1 on the battery will not charge and the battery is slightly squishy when squeezed. This is a safety concern when you’re talking about using it in a flamethrower. I reached out to Saint Barbs via email, FB messenger, and phone call numerous times and I have not received one response. It has now been 6 days since I started the communication and I haven’t heard anything. I’d love to use it since I paid $400+ for it but with no response from the company that sold it to me, I’m a bit hesitant.

Long wait time, but happy

It took a month and a half for my order to get sent out, but they reached out to me and made it right. Communication could be better too but I’m happy with my purchase overall.

BEWARE! Never shipped item, NO Response NOT JUST ME

They don’t care if a few people get the shaft with their orders. Their emails are ALL AUTOMATED, there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Still showing as processing 2 weeks later. Placed an order for a magazine after doing so a few months ago with no issues and have not heard back after paying. I’ve emailed too many times and NO RESPONSE, not even rude, just asking for an update. Look at the reviews and while it doesn’t happen for every order, the EXACT thing happens to multiple people. You are rolling the dice on a HUGE headache trying to get your purchase OR A REFUND. I had a great experience my first time buying from them, if you have as well count yourself lucky and avoid them in the future. You might get stuck with nothing. Praying to saint barb for my bullets, maybe then I’ll get my stupid magazine.

I had every intention to return the 4…

I had every intention to return the 4 9mm 30 round Smith and Wesson M&P double-stacked magazines (clear plastic). While waiting for the 'approval' from you guys I decided to do some research on the issue I have with the mags. They will not, in any way, 'lock in' to my brand new S&W M&P 9mm weapon. Completely useless product. (Would not lock in to my other M&Ps either.) I found a post that claimed to have solved the issue with a Dremel motor tool by enlarging the indentations for the lock. I decided to try it but I don't have a Dremel. I have a small file set though. Over the next 4 hours, I was able to get all 4 mags to lock in fairly well. I have to strick the bottom of them with my palm of my hand rather hard to accomplish a 'lock in' but it seems to work. It's very disappointing to go through so much effort on your product that should function as advertised. I am a Google guide with lots of views. I plan to blast your company for the trouble I suffered. A full refund would have had me sending them back, but to and from shipping cost for something that is entirely not my fault motivated me to try a different solution. Now you can enjoy the fruits of your deception. POST NOTE: I couldn't send this message to Saint Barb's because none of their email addresses seem to work, so I am posting it to warn you!

Won't do business with them again

Ordered some shotgun shells, after two weeks the product has not shipped even after receiving an email stating "I will personally escalate this matter with utmost urgency to obtain an update on why your order has not yet been shipped." that was a week ago, still product has not shipped. They were quick to charge my credit card but have completely failed to deliver the product. I'm afraid this has been a fraudulent transaction

GSG MP-40 magazines with…

I ordered some GSG MP-40 magazines with a few boxes of 9 mm (FMJ) and everything in the order arrived and the shipping was speedy. I like how the GSG MP-40 magazines came in original factory packaging. I will be ordering again soon.

Great experience

No issues at all, this was the only online store that had the particular gun variant I wanted, for a great price. It was shipped very quickly to my local FFL. I like the concept of rewards points as well. Order number 177387.

My order been processing for 10 days

My order been saying processing for going on 2 days now for a holosun mos dot sight still no update on it no number to call then when u email them a automated agent respond back with faqs on the site page… starting to think this site is fake or ran out of a home its no way it takes this long for something that simple….. this is an update!!! still not processed order been placed may 5th its may 15 now still no update no message back about my order nothing this site is crap and im about to to put call my bank and tell them about this fruad and out all this proof so I can get my money back this is crazy

Illegal charges

They charged my card without consent after accepting gift card.
Essentially they stole my gift card and my money and want guns back.
Don't mess with thier gift cards, also support is not helpful there is no phone number.

We're very confused about this review - There was no gift card applied to your order, and you would have been provided multiple times to review the order total before completing it, and shown an error if you attempted to use a gift card or discount code.

I reviewed your communications with our support team and as we explained, your order is being returned to us at your request, and once it's returned, you will receive a full refund. Right now the shipment has been intercepted by FedEx and as soon as we confirm it's heading back to us you'll see the refund, which should be later today or tomorrow, if there are no issues on the FedEx side.

We also have no record of an attempted, or successful order under your name for a gift card. If it had been placed by someone else we're happy to investigate.

Obviously if you need to split the payment over multiple cards we can accommodate that, as nobody wins in a situation like this when we need to have stock returned to us, but as of right now we're going to continue with the return and refund process.

Any problems can be easily solved

"I've worked with these guys for a long time and bought a lot from them. I had an issue with swapping one type of bullets for another, and they agreed to do it, for which I'm very grateful. The exchange took a bit longer than expected, but in the end, everything worked out. I respect and appreciate the time they spent on me, as well as the reputation of this company. In the end, I'm satisfied and will recommend them to my friends.

Hi Jim - We’re sorry you had a bad experience. In this case we had agreed to an exchange an extremely long time after our return window had closed, because you had been a frequent customer. That creates a number of problems in our system with tracking what you had ordered and getting a replacement out, because the order was such a long time ago, and frankly given how it played out we regret making that exception. I’ve asked the team leader of support to look into why we haven’t been replying to you, and make sure we get you confirmation that the replacement is on the way, however if we see a chargeback we will need to freeze any shipments until the chargeback is resolved.
