Their merch is overpriced. I've bought a couple of pairs of sunglasses. One sits so loose on my face I can't wear them. The others fit a little better, but still too loose for my tastes. It also takes FOREVER from the time you pay until you get your item.

Unfortunately- this is a huge NO WAY - not worth the money . There just isn’t any reason for the price. The watch is medium value- the silver watch band cool .. but really about $500 worth of silver - or less … VERY VERY hard to service this watch . On a scale of 1-10 .. I give it a 3 …

The Kanagawa ring I ordered is a beautiful piece of artwork. The sterling silver enhances the design and makes it really stand out. I am very happy with it and it was well worth the long wait.

My order arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged and the quality of the box complimented the cost of the ring. The item i bought is lovely and exactly as described. I get a ton of positive comments when i wear the ring.
One thing i will note is that the sizes run small so plan accordingly. I see a lot of reviews about the lengthy and expensive process to return. Depending on where you live, it could be quite costly and take time to exchange but for me, the company was very up front about that.

Amazing quality and they have become my favourite shades in my massive collection. The quality of everything is outstanding. One time I even ordered the wrong size t shirt (my mistake) and they were glad to send me another on the house, in the right size! Super solid brand and amazing customer service.

I ordered a ring from Saint Bones and have been extremely happy, not only with the ring but also the entire experience. First, the ring itself is exquisite. You can see and feel the real craftsmanship that went into it. It shipped quickly and arrived much faster than I anticipated. On the whole, I would not hesitate to order from Saint Bones again. Quality people, quality products, quality experience.

I’ve read a few reviews here that talk about slow shipping and infrequent updates. I had a similar issue with my order. I had ordered 2 rings, received the shipping info and received 1 after a normal amount of time. I reached out to customer support who informed me that the second was being made to spec and would ship soon, and about a month later the ring shows up. I didn’t receive a second shipping email or update, it just showed up.

While that experience could have been more smooth, I think the quality of the product is amazing. They are beautiful and comfortable. I plan on ordering again.

Ring I ordered is very nice but doesn't look quite as nice as in the pictures. Would love to order other pieces from them. Shipping and delivery do take some time to ship to the US.

I have ordered two pieces from Saint Bones. Both arrived quickly and were as advertised. I wear them both on a daily basis and the quality has been superb.

Ordered a ring for my husband- arrived quickly and fit perfectly. The ring is lovely, unusual and my husband loves it.

Love the watch. Had a clasp issue that they remedied quickly for me. They even sent me an additional strap to make up for the issue. Would order from them again.
