Customer service was excellent.
Unfortunately the item I ordered did not meet my requirements. I emailed the customer services and received an answer from Kaus immediately. Kaus offered a full refund of the item, which I accepted. I received my money back within a week of my first email.
The stars given were for the service as it was excellent.
I can not comment on the products.
