Sakura Japón Shop es una ESTAFA. Hice un pedido el 5 de enero y jamás recibí nada. He intentado contactar en varias ocasiones, pero nunca responden. No hay servicio de atención al cliente ni forma de obtener una solución.
Además, no hay ninguna información real sobre esta “empresa” en ningún sitio: no tienen dirección, teléfono ni datos verificables. No existe ninguna garantía de que envíen los productos que venden.
Si han comprado y no han recibido su pedido, recomiendo que inicien una reclamación cuanto antes. No caigan en esta estafa.
