Paleolithic payment systems

It was easy to get approved for a $60k solar loan. And they supposedly offer "Skip-a-pay" where you can skip up to two loan payments a year.

However, when I tried to use it online and have an outside debit account that pays for my loan, their "system" refuses to allow the one time $25 fee for skipping a payment to be debited from the same account. No electronic option. You have to snail mail a check for the one time $25 fee in order to skip a payment.

This company is in the paleolithic era of actually providing a service to a good customer (me) when I need it!). So stupid and unbelievable when everything is electronic these days.

Why were all the previous reviews taken…

Why were all the previous reviews taken down? Probably because it's all 1 star. They steal your money. There is no option to change ( online ) the amount you pay towards your loan. When you have it re-amortized to a lower amount, the extra you pay STILL goes to interest and NOT principal. You have to submit a PDF form with your info to change payments, cannot be done online. After submitting they say 1-2 days to reflect on account, THEY NEVER CHANGE HOW MUCH I PAID, meaning that the extra money per month was STILL going to interest and not principal. That means they are stealing the my money. I don't know who to report these people to, but I'm going to find anything I can, federal or otherwise, to shine light on this predatory company.
