Shoes with holes

I ordered shoes. After 1,5 months of wearing, there are holes everywhere. I wanted money back as it should be in warranty. After several exchanges with their info contact they refused to take any responsibilty and help. No offer of a replacement, nothing. Terrible shoe quality, terrible customer experience. Never again

Terrible- nearly one month for…

Terrible- nearly one month for delivery, and when the jeans eventually arrived they were of such poor quality- especially when considering the price (40 euro) . The cost of the return is on the buyer. If you want cheap tacky clothing better to Temu- at least the price matches the quality.

Never buy from this store

Never buy from this store. The quality is show worse than SHEIN, and delivery took over a month, arriving long after I actually needed it. And return is impossible. I usually never write bad review but pls do NOT buy from this website.

When I tried to return the item, they clearly tried to prevent me from returning it. After almost 13 back-and-forth emails, I finally received a return form only to be told that I have to send the item back to China yourself!! Without return labels so u need to make labels for sending it to China! From netherlands to china it was minimum 60euro.

The return shipping costs more than the price of the clothes themselves. They clearly know this, because instead of allowing a normal return, they kept offering me small partial refunds over and over again.

In the end, I’m basically forced to either accept half the money back and throw the clothes away, or lose even more money on shipping. This feels like a scam.

Do NOT buy from here. If you want similar items, buy them elsewhere.
If you still decide to buy, know this: returns are practically impossible.

I ordered Uggs

I ordered Uggs. They took so long to arrive, I thought they would never arrive. When they arrived, I was very disappointed; there was a huge hole in one of the shoes. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered them!!!

No package

I have ordered a pair of pants and have not received any indication that it has been mailed. It states that it should be mailed within 2-4 days from purchase and that it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. I haven't heard anything. When I messaged they told me they have an unusually high number of orders.
