Emailed customer services and had a reply within 24 hours, with in new size dress being delivered.

I ordered a dress which unfortunately when it arrived was too big however on contacting Salerbest they were extremely prompt in responding by offering a replacement in a smaller size. The dress is made in a flattering style and the material is very comfortable to the touch.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY / DO NOT USE. I ordered trousers. They took my money. Nothing arrived and they never sent a confirmation with an order number. I contacted them and they said there was no order despite me sending proof of the money taken by them from my bank. Then they just kept sending generic responses. I had reported to my bank as fraud.

After leaving this review, customer service did eventually get back to me. Still number provided but they say my order is now in transit (funny how they found it after I left a poor review!). We shall see if if ever turns up.

Bought these shoes through Facebook advert as they looked like they was stretchy which is what I'd been looking for due to having very wide feet but when they came definitely not as advertised no stretch what so ever . So disappointed what a waste of money if you have wide do not buy

Already wearing these for quick grocery runs. The strap sits flatter than the last pair I bought, and the mesh had almost no odd smell out of the bag. Sole is a little bulkier looking in person, but on foot they feel lighter than expected.

had to switch closets after unpacking because the fresh denim smell stuck for days. never had that with my other jackets. the weight is heavier too, more rigid, so hangs different.
