The amount that was supposed to be…

The amount that was supposed to be deducted from my bank account was $9.99 i really don’t know how it got to $26.01 which is why I am asking for refund cause I’ll never understand & I need to take my mom to hospital with this money kindly refund me please.

Thanks to the escalation team

My experience with Salerink started unintentionally after a phishing-related incident. I unknowingly started a membership with this website.
After I contacted support and escalated the issue, Jeremy from the escalation team responded promptly and assisted in starting the reimbursement process to my credit card. The escalation handling was fast and professional.
Since I have not used any of the company’s products or services and am still in the process of confirming the reimbursement, I find it difficult to give a definitive overall evaluation of Salerink at this stage.
