Finally a fractional support agency who do exactly what they say they are going to do and more! The team have really invigorated our sales team, helped to align them to processes so they are full of passion and enthusiasm again. With a small team and running a small company it is often difficult to give the sales team the focus and support they need whilst also running the business. It also doesn't warrant having a full time sales manager. This is where Sales Made easy slot in, the ideal fractional solution to support and develop the team and allow the senior managers to focus on developing the business. Our sales inputs are higher than ever, our team are happier, our customers are delighted and our sales are growing rapidly. This has been one of the best business decisions I have made in quite a few years.

Elise has been great to work with, She has helped two of my managers to really understand what being a manager is all about. They are now more structured in their approach, truly delegating, with increased communication within the team. I would not hesitate to recommend Sales Made Easy.

Kevin is your go-to guy when it comes to sales training. We recently lost our sales director, so I took on the sales for my company myself. My background is not in sales, so I had a hard time with it - until I met Kevin. He gave ma structured process and most of all confidence in my sales capabilities. Now we've managed to increase our average ACV substantially and our conversion rates. We have better conversations with our prospects which go much further than they used to. We instructed Kevin Hayler at Sales Made Easy, back in Sept 2024, to run a 3 month Sales Training Programme for our 20 strong field based team of Regional Managers and Consultants and the overall programme exceeded expectations. The fact Kevin, and his colleague Jess, were able to deliver the training in person was the deal clincher as so many similar sales training firms only seem to want to run training virtually these days. Our team, which varies widely in terms of experience, appreciated the in-person delivery over a 3 month period, and the team were very positive about the initial programme. Kevin and Jess clearly spent a lot of time learning about our business, and it showed in terms of getting buy-in from the team. They felt part of our team from day 1. The personality profiling, questioning techniques, and 'why us' sections of the sales process training really hit home. The fact that we can clearly see so many team members deploying their new skills, and still referring to their personality types, is testament to the impact the training has had. I look forward to working with Kevin again.

Sean has been a fun and engaging sales trainer to work with on the SME course. I was enrolled through my new role in the SAAS industry. Sean makes topics accessible with examples I can relate to and make sense of. The structure of the course has been very helpful, having a blend of live and on demand training has helped embed the learning from the course. The group sessions are a great way to share ideas and the accountability sessions have helped me stay focused and take on new ideas to help me with achieving my targets. Suggestions from Sean directly helped me achieve targets within the first few months of my new role and I am sure those suggestions will continue to benefit me in the coming months.

Incredible and mind-blowing experience working with Kevin. His team bring clear strategies' to each Sales process or target that are easy to follow and get you hungrier than ever to hit your target.
In particular Kevin's leadership is 5 star, he listens and adapts to your needs as the sales person. For example I like to be given tough targets but given the space to achieve it. Kevin understood this and let me go. As a result I went from 50k a month to 100k in 8 weeks. I would also like to complement his speaking skills.
