I was first on this platform.
In first sight, as I see, service's quality is good.

Service is good but platform is not.
Less than three days after creating the account, I have got account restriction from platform.
So I created support ticket to solve this issue.
Since I had a positive impression of the service, I made an effort to resolve the issue.

But reply of support team about ticket is poor.
They are citing problems that do not even exist - fake registration and the creation of multiple free accounts claiming that these issues appeared on my account.

The first account everyone creates on every platforms is a free account; users typically only subscribe to the platform's paid services after going through a trial period and determining that the service offers sufficient value.

I sent a message explaining that I am a first-time user of the platform and that I should not be encountering these issues; however, the support team has remained completely silent without offering a single solution, and the problem remains unresolved to this day.
Of all the services I have used over the years, this is the first time I have ever encountered such an experience.
