Awful and deceptive

They market themselves as "Most Trusted Sales and Marketing Company"- but they are anything but this.

Their service level is appalling. The quality of the data produced in the data research project was inaccurate, lazy, and duplicated. They consistently tried to pass off duplicated contacts as new contacts and charge for this. Email addresses were made up. It was a GDPR minefield.

When we asked for a refund they eventually agreed and we gave them the details required but then they went back on this agreement and have since not responded.

Cowedly senior management team who are happy to deliver a truly shocking service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I started a new company and was very worried about its marketing and BPO services and after researching a lot I find about Saletancy then I book a consultation there and they started their work after that, it was super easy and quite impressive and it started to show results there. I will be very thankful to them they managed it so nicely and on time.
