Why doesn't Sally's Apizza deliver?

Sally's Apizza has been named as one of the best pizza restaurants in Connecticut. I live in New Haven, CT and have previously ordered pizza for delivery numerous times. However, within the last year; every time I've gone to place an order online through Door Dash, a message appears that they're closed and/or Pick-up is only available. I've also tried their website to see if they have delivery available directly from the restaurant, but it's not an option there either. I'm very disappointed that delivery doesn't seem to be available. I'm elderly and I don't drive, so pick-up isn't convenient for me. And I'd like to know why such a popular restaurant doesn't offer delivery and not very community friendly? I'm hoping the restaurant responds to my review. In the meantime, I'm going to contact them by phone to see if I can get an answer. Thank you.
