I had a very disappointing experience with AMA Communications (Salon Comms) while working with them on behalf of Cool Cuts for Kids. When I decided to leave them for a competitor, they abruptly canceled my numbers, even though I had already paid all their fees to secure those numbers.
To make matters worse, they stopped answering my calls and responded to my email with an outrageous offer to reactivate our services for a ridiculous extra charge, which feels like blackmail. Customer service was unresponsive and dismissive during a critical time for our business, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.
I cannot recommend AMA Communications.

Unfortunately this review is full of inaccuracies and statements that are simply false. Upon writing this reply, all associated telephone numbers are still live and functioning through ourselves, and all calls or correspondence have been picked up well within our SLA's and responded to. We've even offered our help and advice to help with the transition, but this has been ignored. We're happy to provide any proof/evidence to back up our position with the facts, as we remain transparent, and remain committed to each and every one of our customers.
We just have switched to Salon Comms from BT and couldn't be happier with the choice! Everything went smoothly and the team was very helpful during the transfer, especially Adam, Mario and Andrew who explained all the necessary information in detail.
Would highly recommend Salon Comms!
