Before working with Saloni, I was just winging it with my content and posting what I felt like on any given day. It wasn't very strategic or focused on my objectives. Enter Saloni. Together we mapped out content pillars and key messages in just 90 minutes - way quicker and a much better result than if I'd done it on my own. I have my content pillars up on my noticeboard and I've been consistently posting content that makes sense for me ever since our session. For anyone thinking about giving coaching a go, I definitely recommend getting in touch with Saloni. I worked with her for 12 weeks and from the introductory call I felt like she completely understood and could relate to the challenges I wanted to address. Starting coaching was a nerve-wracking experience but Saloni very quickly put me at ease - I never felt she was judging me, and in fact she often encouraged me to give myself a break when I tried to devalue my own feelings.

Over the weeks we settled naturally into a nice way of working together and I really looked forward to our sessions. Working with Saloni gave me an opportunity not only to express how I was feeling, often for the first time ever out loud, but also to dig into why I felt that way, and then to work together to make a positive plan of action I believed I could commit to going forward. Most importantly, Saloni helped me gain a understanding of things I can and can’t control, and the confidence to let go of things I have no power over. Thank you!

There are no words to describe how appreciative I am of Saloni's work. She has helped me and my business move forward.
