Had the best week with the best group of people at the Dominican Republic!! The week was filled with high intensity workouts, yoga, amazing and nourishing meals, surfing, massages and great conversations and laughter (and 10000 burpees)! Cannot wait to book onto my next trip in 2026!!

Had an epic week in the DR with the Salt Escapes crew!

From the luxe villa, invigorating outdoor workouts (challenging but adaptable for all levels), relaxing pool and beach time (complete with cocktails), and incredible food (healthy and delicious!), I can’t recommend this retreat enough.

What made the week especially special was the people and welcoming, inclusive environment.

I’ve already booked my next Salt Escapes and can’t wait to return!

Such a fun week with Salt Escapes in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. The workouts were intense with supportive coaches and teammates. I will miss finishing a workout then jumping directly into the ocean. The food was all so delicious and hand crafted. My favorite was grilled chicken and peanut sauce one day for lunch. The best extracurriculars were boat day and surfing (the drone got a great video of me catching a wave 🌊). My birthday happened during the trip and it was like a non-stop party starting with shots and mid-night. The villa was even bigger and better looking in person. This place had the best hot tub I’ve ever seen! I will be booking another Salt Escape soon!

This was an amazing adventure. I went on the Caribbean Salt Escapes trip. All the staff (Amy Mike both Sophies and Josh) were so friendly, happy, and helpful. The food was incredible thanks to chef Sophie! The group was super fun and the workouts made me push myself. Def recommend it!

Couldn’t recommend this getaway more. Everything from the location to the team to the workouts and the people was amazing. Mike and Amy are legends and have built such a unique experience for all of us to be able to enjoy! Thank you!!

What an amazing week in the Dominican Republic. The villa was absolutely stunning, food was cooked to perfection and the workouts were insane! Not forgetting the most amazing company, the SE team were very welcoming and ensured a seamless experience.

I cannot recommend this enough, if you’re looking for a fun packed week of working out with like minded people, then get this booked ASAP!

Just finished a very amazing week with Salt escapes in the DR. The villa was stunning, and everything was so well planned, and couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Perfect balance of activity and leisure time. Loved it

This was my second trip with Salt Escapes, and I may have loved it even more. The luxury of walking from a beautiful villa to a pristine beach in the Caribbean, then back up the lawn into the pool and hot tub were a total delight. Just landed back home and I am already looking forward to my 3rd Salt Escapes!

This was my 3rd trip with Salt Escapes & it definitely won’t be the last! If you love fitness, enjoy travelling & luxury accommodation then this is the retreat company for you!

It’s so lovely to be back with Mike, Amy & yogi Soph, but the DR trip had some new additions to the team, Josh was full of smiles & energy, loved the Surf lessons, chef Sophie keeping us incredibly well fed with the most delicious food & not forgetting Mitch capturing all the content from the best week.

The workouts are challenging, but with runs on the beach & yoga surrounded by Palm Trees, what’s not to enjoy about working out.

DR week 2 crew were the dream, honestly I didn’t want to leave. Started as 17 strangers & left with so many friends. Thanks Salt Escapes for creating something special.

Just wrapped up my second trip with Salt Escapes, and it won’t be my last! This experience was incredible from start to finish.

First off, the staff—Mike, Amy, Yoga Sophie, Josh, and Chef Sophie—were beyond hospitable. Every single one of them was so kind, accommodating, and just made the entire trip seamless and fun. Special shoutout to Josh—it was his first trip with the crew, but you’d never know it. He radiated good vibes, was a natural at making everyone feel welcome, and I truly hope he becomes a familiar face on future trips!

The villa? Unreal. Waking up to breathtaking views every day was something straight out of a dream. The workouts were top-tier—challenging, engaging, and the perfect way to connect with everyone. And the downtime was just as perfect, whether it was lounging, exploring the beach, or just soaking in the experience. The food was nothing short of amazing— super fresh and delicious, and a great variety every single day. Whether it was a post-workout breakfast feast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was next-level good!

If you’re even thinking about booking a trip with Salt Escapes—do it. You won’t regret it!

I loved being a part of Salt Escapes Dominican Republic! The hosts Amy, Mike and Sophie are both incredibly kind and caring, they make sure you’re having a great experience! Traveling back from the Dominican Republic and wish I could turn the plane around! The team is incredibly warm and welcoming and they do such a good job of helping all of the solo travelers feel comfortable and excited! The villas are gorgeous and the workouts are killer but so rewarding. I 1000000% reccomend!

Insane. Honestly one of the most amazing and formative experiences in my adult life. Made friends for life, got my fitness pushed to a new level and got fed the best food ever- all in the backdrop of paradise!! Was my first but will certainly not be my last. Big up mum and dad aka Amy and Mike xx
