Their advertising is complete lies. There is no way someone was asking this influencer what scent she was wearing at the gym unless they were literally pressing their nose to her armpit. These smell of nothing once they’re on- and I tried 3 of them. I didn’t feel like I smelled bad or anything, just of nothing. Delivered fairly quickly and I didn’t have any need to contact customer services. But would not buy again, I’d say this is a rip off.

Salt and Stone what in the wet wipe is going on with your marketing?..please sort your marketing out. You are promoting 'out of this world scents'on your natural deodorant range by influencers that are clearly being OTT. Clearly being paid to say positive things about your product and also noticed the negative comments are being deleted from all your socials. It is not worth the £20 and £5 shipping. Not sure how the Santal & Vetiver scent is best selling and sold out when my product got to me in 2 days. I bought this scent deo and it doesn't smell at all. The marketing strategy you should have gone with is its natural ingredients rather than the 'smell like a spa' deo. Note to all: Do not buy

OMG DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have always used natural deodorant and I dont really sweat snd its been cold. I bought the minis ans i thought id try them out and i have just been through every scent and I swear I was embarrassed i felt like I could smell BO all day! Stopped using them went back to my old deodorant and absolutely nothing smell fresh the whole day. On top of it it stains your clothes. What s waste of money absolutely disgusting ive never used a worse product

Horrible deo, does not work at all and I have tried two types, really not worth it, I wish I could return them for a refund as it was not cheap.

This is the worst natural deodorant I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot). I had to get the sensitive range as I often have a reaction to normal natural deodorants.

Firstly the price point.. it is hella expensive for a natural deodorant and when it arrived they were tiny.
Loved the scents and how smooth they went on however instantly made my armpits burn and go bright red! I wasn't expecting that given I've never had a reaction to sensitive deodorants.
As for the effectiveness they are worse than awful. Did absolutely nothing, in fact because they are so perfumed I think I actually smelt worse than I would if I wore nothing!
I did try and persist with them however there was no improvement.
If you want to find a natural deodorant that actually works and doesn't cause a reaction, Wild's sensitive range is great.

This has to be the worst natural deodorant and non existent customer support. I tried emailing them on the customer service email on their website and it bounced so I guess I’ll try and get help here.

I made an order of the deodorant that is supposedly for sensitive skin and this has caused my underarms to come out in a painful and itchy dry rash. Not only this, but it makes you smell horrendous.

I have used natural deodorant previously and so this isn’t caused by purging due to not having any of the nasties in the deodorant. I do not have an active job, I literally sit at home on a computer all day and yet after about 1 hour of applying the deodorant I stink. It’s clearly blocking my pores or sweat glands or something. The rash is horrific and is literally the entire surface area of my armpit.

It literally does nothing and considering it’s meant to be for sensitive skin, it’s making my sensitive skin have a massive reaction.

Ideally I want to be refunded because this is appalling. My order number is #SS382696 if anyone can help arrange this as I cannot continue using this and stopped using it weeks ago.

Customer Service is appalling. Lack of communication is so infuriating. You place an order and they just go quiet. No tracking information provided and even after several polite emails of enquiry they just do not bother getting back to you. Its like they take your money and expect you to just wait and have blind faith that your order will come without any communication what so ever. After 2weeks of waiting for the order or even an email back to me it feels like they have just stolen my money and ran. Really disappointing service. What they have done and how they operate basically amounts to theft. Took my money and order is a no show and they wont even answer my emails

I, like many, saw the social media snippet about a great smelling velvetier deodorant that has people asking what scent she is wearing, and I decided to give it a try…

Catch 22 : yes it smells divine BUT only for the first day you unscrew the deo stick, then the it seems to just lose the strength of scent utterly. Not remotely ideal!!
Texture wise it’s sort of like rolling chalk onto yourself and it DOES leave white marks. So, dress before you roll on and expect it to be on the insides of your garments.

The most massive downside: the customer service team!
-arrogant, rude and lacking even the most basic of customer care or any professional service skills.
I am of this (I think what will be a new) era whereby crappy customer service is totally off putting as to the brand as a whole. I mean, it costs nothing to be polite at the bare minimum.

All in all. . . Not remotely worth;
a) the hype or b) the RIDICULOUSLY steep price!! (These products are over priced significantly!)

I placed an order on the 7th October and still have had no update on whether my order has even been dispatched.. absolutely shocking customer service! I’ve emailed them and sent instagram messages and they have ignored me.
Just sent another email.. so hopefully they reply to that and give me a refund.

Won’t ever order again from this company even if the deodorant is supposed to be amazing!

Really disappointed!

Really disappointed with the poor communication, poor quality and poor service from Salt & Stone. It took one month for my order to be delivered (placed on the 19th September). I had no idea when my order was coming and It wasn't until I emailed them that they informed that the UK warehouse has ran out of the Santal deodorant. The deodorant crumbles on to my clothes and that's with two or three swipes, the smell was just okay. Definitely not worth £25 (they add an extra £5 for delivery). Such a disappointment 😕

Deodorant not that great. Smells amazing (bergamot and hinoki one) but didn't stop sweat smell for 12 hours let alone 24. The smell is amazing until it mixes with the sweat smell so will use this as a solid perfume I guess. I'm in my 40s and used natural deodorants for many years, will stick with cheaper ones that keep me smelling fresh all day to bed time and beyond!

First, the product is amazing. The deodorant is incredible, smells so good and I am dry and don't sweat all day.
I had to reach out to customer service because the pump on my shower gel wasn't opening. They responded quickly and sent me a new product right away. Turns out the pump was fine and it was me that couldn't get it open. Great company, will definitely order from them again!

Ordered product on 17th Sept, paid £5 delivery cost which is quite pricy, expecring fast delivery. I contacted them by email last week and was advised product is out of stock but due to be restocked later that week and confirmed my order would be sent out first thing this week. Its now Tues 26th Sept and I have no confirmation of a dispatch. Very poor service for a first time customer.

nice sunscreen sticks that actually hold up in the water. I took these kayaking and they worked great.

BEST sunscreen from Manifest Supply! Does not leave a white cast and is very moisturizing. the ingredients are great and they're solar-power created sunscreens. recommend!
