I foolishly ordered an extra appliance on my order worried all day. But contacted the company by email. The very next day. I received a reply. It put my mind at rest. They are giving me a full refund. Very professional and I will certainly re order as soon as possible

Ordered the rust removal product after seeing it on Google.
When ordering one unit, I suddenly found it was then increased to two, and also charged for delivery!!! There was no way to cancel or amend the order.
Thought I had been scammed but the product came within 7 days and I tried it out on some scrap steel, quite impressive, a little slower that the YouTube video of course. Had to amend this review now.

After waiting approximately a week for it to arrived I found on Amazon a 3 pack exactly the same for £8.99.
For next day delivery.

Believed my item was coming from the UK, and the stated postal times given confirmed that. However, after 5 days I contacted SaltDays and asked them to look into why my item still hadn't arrived.
I received a prompt reply asking me to be patient and wait a couple more days as my item was in the post. I was given a link to follow enabling me to check the whereabouts of my parcel. CHINA...that's where it was coming from!! Furthermore, upon checking, I discovered that the item I had purchased was available on TEMU at a fraction of the cost SaltDays had charged me.
This firm had every opportunity to explain why my parcel was delayed, instead they chose to lie to me.

There was a discrepancy with the order. I messaged Durian customer support at Saltdays and he was wonderful. He was swift to help me and extremely honest. I would highly recommend Salt days you will not go wrong.

My complaints were resolved rapidly and refund process followed.

Made an order on line for 2 items when the conformation came there were another 2 items plus p&p plus insurance non of which were on original order. Trying to get refund through Paypal.

Saltdays dispatched two packages to me when I ordered only one. Three times I have emailed them to complain but received no response. Last time I will buy anything from them and I will tell my acquaintances also. Dreadful.

I purchased the vegetable peeler / slicer.Absolute rubbish. Blunt blades(I bought 3 at 14.99).They did not slice as advertised,complete rip off.Threw them away.Don't even deserve 1 star.

Scammers, there was nothing from the 'Free postage' to the size of the bottle that was clear on their site. The bottle I received is 120 mls - NOT the one shown in the photos! AND they describe the product in 'pieces' NOT volume. What a convenient get out of jail excuse.

I couldn't find this review when doing an update so you'll find a larger review based on the same product and same company somewhere else.

Ordered on the 13th. Posted, they claim on the 23rd, tracking does not work and it is not here. Each email gets the same response. It is on the way. I have asked for a refund and they are ignoring the request. This outfit is a scam do not fall into the trap. I have lost £35, others no doubt a lot more.

Uses AI, fake videos and narrator.

I purched an electrical adaptor for holiday it is no good, so followed the returns that is on thier page and now they have come up with another reason not to refund me,a photo!!!!!!!!!! SHOCKING THAT THIS IS ALOUD TO CONTINUE most of the reviews are much the same as mine or worse

I ordered product over 3 weeks ago, I have also emailed 3 times NO communication whats so ever they have my money and product what a scam DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered at the beginning of April and was delivered at the end of April.
No fuss and exactly what I ordered.

They answered my request in record time, were very helpful with something that was my mistake highly recommended.

I ordered heavy duty rust remover. 5 star reviews on their website. After I ordered i read on Trustpilot the poor reviews. Tried to cancel the same day but surprise surprise the order had been dispatched. Order was supposed to be 3 x 500mls but only 120mls when arrived. I tried the rust remover and it made absolutely no difference to what I used it on. Emailed them today 16th April and not expecting any reply from them. I will update you. Why do these companies get away with this? I tried to put a review on their website and again not able to leave any review. Bought on PayPal but I've to wait until Sept 26 if I've not heard from them and then they will look into it. TOTAL SCAM.
Update on return. Amazingly I received a reply the next day and was given a full refund without having to return the items. Not that they are of any use. Product still a scam and would not buy from this website again.

At present I've this company low rating cos it states free shipping but you are charged for postage & packaging..... and it doesn't tell you where the package is coming from !
