I can’t understand why people had trouble with this company. I ordered 17 Christmas baubles from them and they were delivered in good time and well packaged. I emailed the company and quickly received a reply which answered my query. The baubles were a delight!
Really struggling with this company! Ordered 4 items at a cost of £100 on 24 Nov - no communication whatsoever regarding my order. Phone not answered. Emails rarely answered. Ridiculous Covid excuse on their website which they are hiding behind, and which they had the gall to copy and paste to me in an email when I sent a really stroppy email! Why have an online presence and just go to ground! The rest of us have had to work through this pandemic! We haven’t had the luxury of 4 weeks off this autumn! Either deliver or don’t bother! Pathetic.
I ordered an ashes to glass paperweight from this company for my husbands birthday. Before I chose this company I did shop around owing to the current climate. To say I was disappointed to receive an email 2 days before the despatch date to say that there was a delay owing to bereavement
Goods arrived 3 weeks after the required date I was offered a refund because of the delay but this was never received
