I ordered the Salt Lab Magnesium Spray for my husbands cramping and it has been a real winner. After taking supplements, powders etc nothing could get the cramping under control or as quickly as the spray. Added bonus, he finds it helps him sleep better at night when he sprays it on his stomach as well.
Cannot recommend this product enough. Even told our Remedial massage guy about it who has since started recommending to his other clients.

Purchased magnesium spray. Ordering was easy, arrived quickly, well packaged with relevant information enclosed. Tried the spray on a sore hip area before bed. Woke the next morning with better movement in my hip. Easy to apply, dries quickly, no overpowering smell. I would recommend this product.

I was a bit sceptical at first with the magnesium oil and how well it would work. It didn't take long at all to feel the effects. I felt like I was sleeping deeper and if I woke up during the night I went straight back to sleep quite quickly. I felt quite refreshed in the morning and definitely well rested. So do yourself a favour and try it you won't regret it.

I first used this on the advice of my F45 trainer for muscle recovery.
I cant speak highly enough of it. The added benefit of sleep assistance is a bonus. I have had previous back surgery, and when I start to feel “tight” in the lumbar region or ache... I spray it in the area and without fail I get great relief.

Great product and quick delivery, sleep so much better and a quick spray on legs when I get cramp works wonders no longer having to pace the floor until the cramp goes. However last year there was a special with a 100ml travel bottle which did not come with my order, Very disappointed as I would have loved to take on the plane on my trip to the UK

I find the Salt lab products superior to other magnesium oil sprays. The bath bomb was excellent. I have had tight muscles and pain in back and neck for years and find Salt Lab Magnesium Oil gives me great relief and easy to apply. Company is easy to deal with and products arrive asap.

I use salt lab magnesium spray after every run I do and I never pull up sore in my calves the next day! It is a lifesaver because I hate it and struggle when my calves get sore.
The delivery process was also super efficient considering the current pandemic we are in, I ordered on a Thursday and received it on the Monday! Highly recommended product and works a charm!
