Good clothing - bags not so good

Good clothing. Sales assistant very helpful.
Black Friday discount was generous.
Only issue was with the large paper carrier bags, both of which ripped on the way to the car.

Lovely staff

Lovely staff, nice range of clothes and good sale items. Atmosphere of the shop was warm and friendly and lay out and displays really well done.

Really helpful staff, great quality

Just bought a beautiful top in the Ballymena store for my sister for her birthday. The sales assistant was very nice and helped me pick the perfect present. The quality of the top is excellent. I will definitely be back here again to buy presents for my nieces and nephews and of course myself!

Felt like we were interrupting the staff by shopping

Staff were not keen to help. Getting the display done was more important. We had to interrupt staff members 4 separate occasions to ask if trying on was an option, where to try on, returns policy and a separate question about a body board. No one asked if we needed any help with sizes of wetsuits (of which we bought 2 - or discussed the products in any way, nothing about the material, how thick it was, when it would be best to wear etc) Really disappointing to feel in the way when we spent over £220 on the day and decided to leave and head to other shops in the north coast for what we wanted.

Great shopping experience

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, great selection of clothes and lots of sizes to pick from, very clean shop throughout I would highly recommend if you are ever in the market for unique clothing
