Lovely customer service
Lovely customer service, the lady working gave advice and suggested offers and discounts. It’s a nice shop layout, there is clear signage, a very clean space. Generally nice vibe. Real quality clothing and a nice range of items with choices for all ages and sizes as well as different styles for a more content or stripped back look. I love my new hoodie, my husband loves his shirt and my son adores his joggers.

a very easy shopping experience
The shop was well laid out with space between rails & easy access to all items. The sales lady was very pleasant & helpful without being pushy, which puts me off shopping.
I love the cardigan I bought & have worn it a lot on a skiing holiday ... it's so cosy!

Very efficient and friendly service
Top arrived quickly but was too big. I went to the shop and they couldn't be more helpful. The top was exchanged for a smaller size. Very friendly staff!
