Very helpful lady served us at the shopping village at Clacton Common branch helped us find the right sizes didn't push the sale at all. Saltrock clacton is a great place to shop, the staff are always warm and inviting, as it’s an outlet store you get current season stock a bit cheaper which is fantastic value anyway and the clothing is of great quality. I’m 6’9” and find the clothes a good fit on length. Love Saltrock clothing and the Clacton store

Having bought clothing from saltrock since the above outlet opened in Clacton commm outlet park . I can honestly say I am very pleased with the quality of clothing and they always wash well. Will continue to use.

The customer service was exceptional
The customer service was exceptional, the young lady who served us showed us different options that go well together and it was like a personal shopping experience. The layout of the shop is good, not crammed in and easily accessible. Quality of clothes is very good, that seems to be rare now a days I find. Clothes was well and stay looking new.
