Great quality. One tshirt had some weird spots, emailed the costumerservice and had a solution is less then 3 hours. Looks like I found a new favorite clothingstore :)
Everything great. Very responsive customer service with a small manufacturing defect of a shirt (they sent a new one to replace it after a few exchanges and photos by mail).

Best clothing brand
Great Company, great products!
I wear Salty Crew gear both in my everyday life and during specific activities like kitesurfing and boat trips. Their products are durable, well-designed, and always stylish. If I had to pick just one clothing brand, it would definitely be Salty Crew. Big thanks to the S Crew!

Very good products, change of delivery address without request
Very good products.
Fast delivery.
These two are the five star worth.
But: Because Salty Crew Europe does not offer delivery to Switzerland I had to order it to Germany to the border delivery station of my choice. But: Salty Crew delivered not to the address I had given them during the order process online. Instead they chose another pick up company I did not know. So, I had to open another account there and find the directions to that place, otherwise the pick up company could have not reached me. I still wonder why Salty Crew Europe came up with this other company? That's why I give only 3 of 5. Everything else was super cool. The ordered products found their way pretty fast and are in wonderful shape. I will definitely order again with Salty Crew Europe.

Quite possibly the worst quality
Quite possibly the worst put together shirt I’ve ever bought. After one wash the printing came halfway off. I tried to reach out to the store I bought it from and because I bought it while on vacation, they said I have to physically bring it back. When I reached out to salty crew, they told me there’s nothing they can do.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER
I ordered a sweatshirt, long sleeved shirt and socks for my son for Christmas. The Salty Crew website specifically outlined on their website order dates in order to receive your order by Christmas. I made my order on December 12, the order deadline for Christmas for standard shipping was December 16 so I was well within the shipping timeframe to get my order before Christmas. It is December 23, and the website still shows that my order has not been fulfilled. I have called Customer Service a dozen times, and NO ONE ever answers. I have left messages, and NO ONE has gotten back to me. I have emailed and NO ONE has responded. They have my money, and I can't get anyone to tell me where my order is. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I returned an Item a few weeks ago and did not get refunded yet. Neither I get reply to my e-mail or any information.
Edit: Got refunded shortly after this comment. Apparently the package never arrived the warehouse, although the carrier marked it as delivered. So overall positive experience.
