Salty Careers is absolutely incredible. This platform is super easy to use and easy to understand. It’s made by divers for divers which is amazing because they’ve really understood what is needed for a platform like this.

The overall design of the website is beautiful - most “job board” platforms are super outdated/ don’t work well or are frustrating to use, whereas salty is modern, attractive and works really well! It’s so well done that it makes you want to stay on the site for longer just because of how nice it looks!

One thing that’s really great about Salty is that it’s personalised. It’s not just “what’s your name” and “what qualification do you have” - it’s a lot more than that. Salty lets you add in personal information to allow others to get to know you better! It’s going to allow employers and employees to make sure that they’re getting the right person for the job or that they’re getting the right job.

I think it’s about time someone made a GREAT platform like this for divers!

It is instantly clear when you sign up on Salty Careers that the site has been designed by people who, like me, have been left disappointed time and time again by other dive career websites.

The site is designed in a way that allows you as either an employer are job hunter to quickly find a role tailored toward your needs without having to seive through pages and pages of unpaid internships or other opportunities that are misaligned with your career aspirations.

Sign up was extremely quick and simple, as was posting a job advertisement. I was able to add values that are important to us as a dive centre as well as every other detail you would hope or expect to find in a listing, as the platform grows I think the small details like this are going to ensure employee longevity and satisfaction and in turn strengthen our industry.

Super stoked to finally see a breath of fresh air in what had long been a stagnant part of the diving world and I can't wait to see what the developers have in store for the future.

Salty Careers is such a needed platform for scuba diving!

It's so user-friendly with a fun design (compared to mainstream job boards). Within minutes you can begin searching and apply for opportunities around the world in diving and connect with other divers. Everything is very thoughtfully curated and designed for divers.

So excited for all the new features and developments to come on the website! I recommend everyone to sign up :)
