Salty Crush has a high standard to customer service. The online shop is excellent and easy to manoeuvre around. Placing items in the cart and finalise the purchase is made very easy. Salty Crush asl make it very easy to return items if they don’t fit as the satchel that it comes in is also a return satchel, you just need to be careful when you open it, need to read the instructions. You only have to contact them and they will send you a label via email and you take that to the post office and they scan and print out the return label for you. So easy.
In relation to clothing they sell, for me, it is perfect. I love the style, fit and colours and the quality is great. I have never had any problems except I am vertically challenged and have to take the pants I buy each time. Not Salty Crushes problem though as they make me taller🤣. I’m still wearing clothes I bought years ago. They have had many washes and subject to the sun and haven’t lost their colour.

All clothing is true to size not too big and not too small, clothing is quality made, loving my new wardrobe and trying to get use to ordering smaller sized clothing after loosing weight. They sell some beautiful clothes but…
They sell some beautiful clothes but they have really inconsistent stock, so some things are great, some are ugly as heck. Their returns policy is terrible, so if you get something you hate, you might end up paying for postage, then returns postage, then you are stuck with a returns voucher. So even though I LOVE some of their clothes, I stopped buying from them because the experience is annoying and ridiculously expensive. I kept getting inconsistent clothes with weird sizing and some don't look anything like their pictures. Eventually I ordered two beautiful blouses, but when I factor in the cost of postage and returns I could have bought a much more expensive blouse from a store with a better returns policy. Just sadly not worth it. If I could return clothes for a refund I would shop there every week.
***Update to respond to SC's response: yes, thank you, respectfully, I know your returns policy is visible on your website.
I first bought something from your site because your clothes listings are so beautiful I trusted that I'd be happy with my purchase or be able to exchange it for something similar. But after receiving the item, it was so ugly and I realised I would be stuck with a returns voucher.
It took me multiple orders and returns to get the two blouses I liked. I estimate that I spent an extra $40 or more in shipping and returns to get the items I liked. I could have bought something much nicer for that amount of $$$.

This is my go to shop for flowy dresses and skirts. The range of styles and patterns is amazing. The quality is great and sizing is always on point.
My orders are always shipped promptly and the packages always arrive in good condition.

I have a Salty Crush addiction. A fair amount of my wardrobe is from their range. They always have such nice, quality clothing and I have been very happy with most of my purchases. Occasionally the colour or fit isn't right for me.
The dresses are so feminine and pretty and they are very comfortable to wear.
