Great for sleep and background noise!
I’ve been using Salus Rooms mostly for sleep, especially on nights when I feel a bit emotionally drained or my mind won’t switch off.
The audio sessions have a gentle, natural feel and don’t come across as overproduced or forced. It has more of a boutique feel than a big corporate wellness app, which I personally prefer. I like that it helps me slow down without making big promises or feeling too clinical.
It’s the sort of app I can put on at bedtime when I’m feeling unsettled, and it helps create a calmer atmosphere before sleep.
It’s still growing, so I’d like to see more sleep content added over time, but what’s there feels thoughtful and well put together. A good option if you’re looking for something simple, calming, and easy to listen to at night.
