The service is quite good. Only one major issue: being charged for calls that connected me to the wrong party or for calls answered by answering machine
If I could get those refund, I'd grant a very deserved 5 stars
*All the numbers that I try to reach are saved on my phone so that I never have to re_enter them. The issue is in the call connection not on the user side

Thank you for opening up the topic.
We only charge for calls that get connected, that's true. Yet, if the number is wrong, that is for a reason outside our control, and any calling service would charge you for that, since it falls in the category "answered", which is "successful connection". The same holds true for a call connected to an answering machine. It's answered, that means it's connected.
A solution to avoid entering the wrong number, for example, is to set the correct number on Speed Dial. The feature is free and available in your account. You only have to assign the number to a digit on your phone's pad. And next time you make a call you'll just need to press that digit.
