Good - but could be better
In the end the experience was positive because the data I needed was completely restored. I think the experience would have been improved with better communication - in particular regarding the time required.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The team managed to rescue all of my data which had to be extracted from a SSD with a burnt microchip. Efficient service with close to 100% data recovery rate and process very clear ahead of a considerable investment (for a private individual).
I sent my hard disk to recover lost data, I payed the requested amount and after 43 days I have not received my hard disk back.
I called them 20 times or more and I am always receiveng the same answer: we will call you back asap but nobody never call me back.
Professionalità e efficienza
In pochi giorni e con una assistenza molto cortese e efficiente ho ottenuto ciò che mi serviva.
