Supreme Customer Experience is an understatement. I dealt with Ahmad at Salvatore Performance, who went above and beyond to understand my requirements and source a car.

I was initially after a convertible to enjoy the UK summer and had specified the Mercedes SLK, having done extensive research on it. Ahmad sourced several SLKs for me but went the extra mile by explaining that, based on our conversations and my requirements, a car like the BMW 4 Series Convertible would be far more suitable and align better with my circumstances. Despite Ahmad already having thoroughly sourced and provided viable options with the SLKs, after only 3 weeks, he was able to find me a BMW 428i with all the top optional specifications. Today, I am a proud owner of that vehicle. As a bonus, he managed to find a car in exceptional condition for its age, with a full service history—something that was rare on the market.

Ahmad exceeded my expectations. I’ve dealt with other car dealers in the past who were more focused on closing the deal for a quick commission rather than prioritizing the customer. There is no doubt in my mind that I will return to Salvatore Performance for all my future vehicle needs.

Ahmad (the guy in their youtube testimonials) walked me through each and every step in an honest and calm manner, and made sure that I’m completely satisfied with everything. He is unlike any other car dealer I know. He is knowledgeable, patient, and, above all, truly cares about his customers. Whenever I’m dealing with car dealers, I always had a shadow of doubt on their trustworthiness, and had to convince myself that I’m not being ripped, but with Salvatore Performance, I was so comfortable from start to end.

In 51 years of motoring, this is the 15th car I have owned so I have some experience. My review is quite simple: Ahmad made this the most pleasant, hassle-free car purchasing experience to date. I had an Audi S3 to trade-in, but a 'hot-hatch' is not really what Salvatore handles. There is that well-hackneyed phrase of 'going the extra mile'; Ahmad went beyond that. He took my car from me on exchange, handled its sale on my behalf via Autotrader, weeded out the 'test pilots' and got a fair price for it. I didn't need to get involved in its sale at all. So in effect it was a trade-in by any other name, thus no hassle for me. Unfortunately the motor trade does have its fair share of 'Del-boys' in its ranks. Ahmad was absolutely as far away from those stereotypes as you could wish to find. I tend to keep my cars for around 5 years. If I do that with this pristine F Type, the first person I'll go to will be Ahmad at Salvatore. I can't say more than that.

Firstly I would like to say this isn’t a dealer. This is a tailored personal experience to find the perfect vehicle for your needs.

I had a friend of mine recommend Salvatore Performance to me as he had bought a BMW M6 from them. He spoke very highly of them but I'm always very weary of car dealers given my past experiences so I took everything that he mentioned with a pinch of salt. However, I thought I would give them a call as I was in the market to find my next supercar, an Audi R8 and I must say I was blown away. From my initial conversation giving them my ideal age, mileage and specification to the handover, they have been nothing short of amazing.

They sent me a number of Audi R8s that fit my requirements and even when I was being very picky, they didn't make me feel rushed or anything and showed a considerable amount of patience. I eventually picked one of the R8s that they had sent and they went and purchased it for me and delivered it directly to my home. I never thought I would trust anyone to do anything like this for me as I always like to view and look at the car myself before making a decision, however, they make you feel very comfortable and at ease.

I genuinely could not be any happier and would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting a car. Even if they don't have the car you're looking for, I would recommend just having a conversation with them and giving them an idea of what you're looking for.
