Great experience dealing with Salvum. I had a really tight deadline to get a fire risk assessment completed for a flat that I am selling, and they had the report back to me very quickly.

Stuart was great in getting back to me and answering any questions I had, and he also managed to move the diary around to get me an earlier slot.

Bradley Lewis, the assessor, was also very helpful and informative.

I had an asbestos management survey done for the flat I am in the process of buying. I was really happy with the service I received and the report was very detailed and sent very quickly. The estate agent also told me that the surveyor was very friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend using Salvum Ltd and I would not hesitate in using them again.

Couldn't recommend Salvum highly enough - we had an asbestos survey done as part of a residential house sale and they were so helpful booking it through the agents and turned the report around incredibly quickly. They really did save us a lot of stress.

After phoning several companies I was lucky enough to speak to Dan at Salvum. I needed 2 boards either side of our boiler to be tested for asbestos. Dan gave me two options and both were far far cheaper than any other quotes that I had been given. However when Dan found out that my house was only constructed in 2007 he informed me that no testing was needed, and he kindly , with no charge, sent me an email confirming that asbestos had not been used since 1999. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company 100%

There were certain peculiarities about our circumstances when we requested a fire risk assessment from Salvum and I was not looking forward to dealing with everything. Salvum took away the headache with their expert knowledge and willingness to go over and above what was required and they put our minds at ease. They are now definitely my 'go to' company for all matters related to fire safety. Well done to all concerned.

I instructed Savlum to do an asbestos survey for a 3 bedroom house. The booking process was simple and the service was clearly explained to me.

The surveyor attended on time and was highly professional. A decent number of samples were taken and results came back negative. The report was well structured, clearly written, had explanations and was easy to understand.

I recommend having an asbestos survey done whenever you have doubts, as it gives clarity and confidence in the purchase/sale and takes away unnecessary pressure and stress.

Salvum have the advantage of having their own testing facility/laboratory which makes the process easier and turnaround time faster.

I dealt with Stuart and Dan who were particularly helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a fantastic experience with Salvum from my first point of enquiry through to aftercare following receipt of my report and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I first contacted Salvum as a result of some DIY that I was incredibly worried could have asbestos implications. I spoke to Stuart who was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He answered all my questions without even trying to sell me anything - I came off the phone feeling much more informed and less anxious.

For peace of mind I then decided I would like to go ahead with a survey. I called back and spoke to Marc who talked me through the various options and was again incredibly helpful. I even called back a second time to clarify some points and he kindly talked all these through with me.

Chris came to our house to carry out the survey and was lovely. He even arrived early and knocked on the door to check it was ok or whether we would like him to wait until the arranged time. I had 101 questions for Chris and nothing was too much trouble. He was again incredibly knowledgeable and patiently talked through my queries with me.

The report I received was clear and professional and I received it about 24 hours after Chris left our house with the samples. I called to ask a few questions about the results and again spoke to Stuart who was lovely and explained everything to me in detail.

I had a fantastic experience with Salvum and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and anyone else who will listen to me singing their praises!!

I am an owner of a residential property, and have no experience in dealing with asbestos. However I have contacted Salvum twice with concerns that asbestos maybe present, both occasions, staff have taken the time to listen to my concerns and advised me professionally and courteously, given my lack of knowledge. The level of service has also been excellent, with results of the tests delivered the next day. I found the price to be the most competitive, and therefore would highly recommend them.

SLA's are always met and I am always fully updated in this process in detail.
