Clothes were very elegant and the customer service perfect.

Item not as pictured. Poorly made replica. Item was not stitched properly. Came with two different sized legs. Couldn’t even get my foot through the left one. Would not issue refund. Only offered a 15% discount on future orders.

I cannot express enough how my expectations were exceeded shopping from Salwari! My product arrived a day earlier then estimated time. The quality of the product is outstanding, it looks even better than the photo and even though some products are photoshopped for different colours it is amazingly accurate to the picture! I ordered a gown and ordered a size up. But the gown was very tight. I paid INR4400 but the material was not heavy or smart looking as expected . The dress was long but the trouser was short and hardly worth wearing. It has a look of less than 1000 INR outfit.
Only advantage is the gown was ordered to UK and the item arrived as scheduled. The dresses are on a little expensive side.

I used the measurement guideline online (bust, waist, hip measurements), and I even sized-up one size and three outfits came very small. I could not even fit the tops over my shoulders or chest. I read the return/exchange policy, and I met all standards in the policy, but Salwari is refusing to exchange or return my items. I even agreed to pay for the shipping. I will never buy from them again, and I will never refer them to any of my friends.

I received the order, the sizes are perfect But I have some comments: The way the order was packaged is bad The fabric is somewhat rough Also, please provide a picture of the product from the back of the site In general, satisfied with the experience and the prices are reasonable 👍🏻 I'm happy to try it again
