I ordered 2 dresses that I never received and they kept just saying to wait for it. It is a year later and they no longer respond and I have not received a refund. Beware of scam!

I placed an order in June,
Now it's January, 7 months later, no delivery, no response, no refund. I am out of 239USD, and all I have is a fake tracking number from a Chinese delivery service.

I ordered a dress for $180. It took 4 weeks for the item to arrive. Once it FINALLY arrived I had left town for the series of events I had purchased the dress for. When I returned, I reached out to the vendor for a return authorization (since I no longer needed it, AND the dress was a very poor quality). I was within the 30 day return window. They took four weeks to respond to me and told me I was now outside of the return window and couldn't return it. I wrote again and explained I had reached out within the timeframe. And received no response. I have a poorly made, ugly dress that i cannot return and cost me nearly $200. Stay away from this company!!!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. After purchasing, I realized many other customers had already reported them as scammers and unfortunately, my experience confirms it.

The product quality was very poor, the shipping took far too long, and when I requested a refund, I was given endless excuses about “system maintenance” and “processing delays.” Despite weeks of back-and-forth emails, I never received my money back.

This company is completely unreliable and dishonest. I hope others read this before making the same mistake I did.

Scam scam a big Fraudulent retailer. Ordered my dress in July 6 for the wedding party. Now already end of October still not receive my item, Customer service keeps sending me in circles about tracking but they used some shady delivery company LTIAN EXP that hasn’t updated pass the “shipped” stage in over two months!
Do not make the mistake of shopping online with this retailer. Suggests we all should sue this shitty company at least I’m going to.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered 2 dresses since 7/3 and still have not received my order, it is now 9/24/25. I contacted them and they states that they will update my shipping soon and still nothing. Beautiful web site with unique clothing line but it is all a scam. A matter of fact I just saw one of the dress in a high end department store.

One of those experiences where I wish giving zero stars would be a thing. I ordered two dresses of $500 altogether, I canceled my order because they were coming weeks after I needed them and was promised a refund 7-10 days later…. I never got a refund. I contacted the company many times about this but to no avail. They stole my money, they will steal yours too, and you should not fall for this scam!!!!

This company is a scam! Stay away from it at all cost. I purchased a couple of pairs of sandals and the merchandise never arrived. I was promised a refund and that never came.. The email used was a person’s email and not a business email. There were a lot of promises made from this company, and none of them were followed through upon! Don’t be their next victim! This company is 100% a scam.
