Samen wekken we 100% duurzame stroom op in de eigen buurt van onze klanten. Groene energie, maar dan totaal anders.

Bij ons staan de klanten namelijk aan het roer, want om | nieuwe energie is een coöperatie zonder winstoogmerk. Daarom wordt alle winst geïnvesteerd in het structureel verlagen van de energietarieven en in nieuwe duurzame projecten.

Daardoor krijgen we al sinds 2015 het rapportcijfer 10 van de Consumentenbond. En worden we groter, dan profiteren onze klanten direct mee!

Want hoe groter het collectief wordt, hoe lager de energietarieven worden. Op die manier versnelt onze beweging de energietransitie en maken we duurzame stroom betaalbaar voor iedereen.

reminders for paid invoices / withheld money!

In December 2024 I received reminder of payment for invoice issued in June 2024... Contacted them via form on the website that it was paid, it's no use, they never replied.
Only when I notified them with e-mail that I paid and attached bank confirmation they replied.

It was impossible to pay via iDeal if I remember correctly for some time last summer.

I paid it with regular transfer from joint account of me and my partner, of course having the invoice number in transfer description. Imagine, the invoice they sent reminder for it's one of these manually paid invoices.

So they kept money for 6 months now, but didn't apply them to the invoices. They have still status "invoiced" but not "paid" on their website. The stupid explanation was "the bank account you paid from is different than your personal account", well it's because:
1. Joint accounts don't always do contain names of two holders and
2. I am not on direct debit with you or rather you are not authorized to direct debit me, so I can pay from whatever account I want.

Still, if they have any legal right not to accept this payment, I don't understand under which legal provision they have been keeping our money for 3 invoices and didn't send them back right where they came from. This way I would at least know something is wrong on the spot.

Now I requested them to apply payments, explain under which legal provision they kept this unallocted money of mine suspended in the middle of nowhere and whether they provided my name to any debt collection agency or similar institution that register people not paying on time and could make difficult for me to take loan in the future.

Allegedly finance depratment was forwarded with my questions, but now over a week without any reply despite my reminder.

Fraudster and scammers ...

I have notified them several times of my intention to close down my account after switching homes. Yet, despite this I am still being charged ridiculous sums of money for energy I'm not using. They initially said it was a system error, and today I get another €320 deducted, 5 months after moving out!? Criminal!!!!

Need English interface!

Guys, your company is great. But here's a way to improve - create a separate interface for English speaking segment. Then you will have more customers flowing in. I really struggle.

Nice experience

It was very straithforward to finish everything regarding the contract. We received our consumption trough email, that is also very convinient. One star is missing because maybe it will be nice to have also an english version or double email in one email when you are sending notifications.

It is true that I didn't find your company trough advertising material, my colleague recommended your company to me. He was on a vacation when you aksed this question and I couldn't send his ambassador code.

Economic, green energy, good customer suport on the phone; looking forward to an informative App in English

I am a customer for the last 2.5 months. I choose this company because it is green with competitive rates. Green energy is the most important criterion for my choice.
Also, the staff I talked to on the phone were very polite and helpful. Great that you can accommodate English-talking customers.
I receive a monthly email with the consumption and charges, the rates applied (especially for the gas) would be a nice addition.
Also, I look forward to getting the credentials to log in to a personal account and the development of the app. I hope it is offered in English as well.
Overall quite a positive experience. Thanks
