I accidentally ordered a small they were quick to respond and switch the size on the original order i impatiently ordered another medium they were quick to refund me for for it!

I ordered some swimmers but unexpectedly needed to cancel my order. The staff were lovely and got back to me in a timely manner and gave me a refund.

Do not order if you’re from the UK!!!

The tankinis are cute, yes, but the top and bottom being the same size means it’s really hard to find the right size.

I ordered 7 and spoke to customer service about returns - yep, it’s not a portal so you have to message customer service, which can be long and gruelling - and you have to pay for your shipping back, which was £30!

An absolute waste and really poor customer service.

My daughter wanted a suit which ended up not fitting. I contacted them for a return on Jun 24. Jul 19 they got back to me with the return instructions (they deduct shipping from your refund). I sent it back the following day and followed up with them 2 weeks later on the refund. They asked for delivery proof, which i sent back. They responded "Sorry - it's past the 14 day return window - we can offer 10% off coupon"

I was never sent an email for my order! Order confirmation number and such...

Customer service was wildly unhelpful. They tried not to refund me all my money. At first they were only refunding me a small portion of my purchase. I had to email them over and over again before they gave me a full refund. I would not purchase from here again.

I ordered a few swimsuits and the sizing was all wonky. Nothing fit right. I was extremely disappointed and moved to return them. Their customer service was terrible. They received the package but claimed they needed my shipment number from ups, which I didn’t have because I’m out of town. They refused to refund me even though they received the package. That should be proof enough of shipment. I am extremely disappointed, do not order from here!!

Customer service was just super annoying and hard to handle. Wasn’t able to get a full refund until I kept emailing them about it. Eventually I got it but after lots of effort.

I bought a swimsuit that didn't fit correctly, that was labeled my regular size. Main issue was, when I returned it, the package was deemed not received. Then when it was, I was not given a full return, which is nowhere stated in the return policy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!!

I have to admit they do have cute sets but when I got them they looked off and kind of cheap ( for the pricing it's a little bit weird). Despite having purchased them one size bigger than I usually do ( I'm an L and I bought XL, which only a few of their tankinis offer) they did not fit. And yes I did look at their sizing. And what was even weirder they fited differently even though they were the same size? So even after seeing ads and sponsorships with plus sized models I couldn't find that inclusiveness in their store and I wasn't even plus size (I'm just Curvy). And after all that I tried refunding the items, first of all they respond very slowly. I had to go back and forth a lot with waiting times as long as a whole week. Also each time a different person responded? Idk so it took more than a month for them to offer me store credit or give me two other sets. No refunds ( oh they did offer me a refund but only 10 $, not even close to the 66€ I paid) so I wouldn't recommend them if youre curvy or even a bit over the weight standard since it's a 50/50 chance for their sets to fit you completely and for the quality I don't think it's worth it. I don't support shein but you can get the same quality there.

Theres so much variety and colours, the price seems to be fair!

First of all, the sizing was way off. I ordered a medium, which is already a size up for me, and the top was practically falling off my chest. So, I had to get a larger size. I emailed customer service to start an exchange. They have the worst customer service ever. I can’t even explain. They don’t answer for 7 days. Then, they offer an exchange by giving you a “proposal”: you keep the old one and they send you an invoice so you can buy the other size one and only pay for shipping. I’ve literally been waiting on this invoice for over a week and a half but they don’t respond and keep telling you to “wait for the update”. It’s ridiculous, don’t order from here. The bathing suit you get won’t fit and when you try to return it or exchange it, they stall you out of your money. I am so angry and will be contesting the charge. I would sue them if I could.

The pieces are beautiful and check out was easy but I could not apply both the S20% off code and the New10 discount code at the same time, it only allowed the first one which was disappointing. Also, please keep your sizes in stock! I forwent the tankini I would’ve preferred because there were none available in my size. Still many other beautiful options to choose from though. Thanks!

Shopping on this site was great except for: despite the large option range I would have hoped to find different kind of bottom because the tops are almost always covering up but the bottom can be quite revealing, I loved the bows on one fit but couldn’t bring myself to buy something so revealing, and for many girls, the boob size are not relative to their bottom size so not being able to take that into account was also a bit sad, despite that, the design are stunning and seems to be of good quality.
