Bought a double mattress from the company. Great quality mattress. Only issue is I would recommend they hire more delivery persons for their deliveries. Especially as the mattresses are heavy. However, I would recommend buying from them. They have a great customer service ; respectful, polite and friendly.
I bought 2 beds last in april for my home and they were great so my uncle needed one bed as I looked up on the website they have got a showroom in leicester called bliss of london because my uncle is from Leicester so we went to see the beds and they were amazing quality and we got well looked after in the showroom so bought one bed for my uncle very nice experience would shop again.
They send me a bed without asking me for the size and for the color and when the bed was arrived i was very disappointed,is came damaged plus they send me a bad bed the quality is very poor when I had contact them they said they will send me a new bed because I wasn’t happy with the quality and plus is came damaged okay I say they will bring me new one and isn’t damaged but they didn’t bring nothing just they lying to me they just want to sell and earn money but they don’t care for the costumers after few weeks I had used the bed the bed start doing noises and they don’t take responsibility for nothing definitely I’m very disappointed from this brand never recommend to no one you with lost your money for bad quality , I have the picture when the bed was delivered I had send it to them to show them I’m not happy with their service but they don’t care
Good communication with supplier, good quality product, good delivery experience. Supplier demonstrated high level of customer service. Only downside was that bed arrived almost fully assembled and had to be disassembled to get it up the narrow stairs that we have in our UK houses.
