Ordered trousers a month ago, I haven’t received them. I was told they were lost by ups. I was told a replacement was sent. I have asked for a tracking number for the replacement trousers, no reply. Trousers cost £65, this is terrible service
Terrible. Bought trousers for £74. I paid additional £9.99 shipping. They were too small. I paid £14.99 to send them back to exchange for larger size. They didn’t have any stock so refunded me £39. Scam!
Import fees were not made clear at purchase and added £70 on to a £140 order. The shipping fee did not make clear there would be import fees, so the whole experience was misleading. Not worth the bother.
Do not ever buy from this company. I ordered a $100 shirt from them. Never received it, and I sent countless messages to customer service for an answer. Not a single response. Absolutely avoid this company.
