The rucksack was delivered with used food wrappers and toothpicks in the pockets. Stains on the outside of the bag obviously used and not prepared in any way for sale

Ordered some new Armada skis from sample drop. Amazing quality, really happy with the purchase. The customer service was next level. Jake at sample drop managed to set the bindings and ship the skis all within 2 days just in time for my holiday. Super quick turn around. Amazing store!!! I bought 3 items for presents over Christmas and was amazed at the quality and selection of the pieces available at sampledrop. Prices are unbeatable and current season stock too! It's hard to find stores that sell Picture organic clothing, a high end French brand but this store stocks a lot of their stuff and different sizes, Customer service was great as well, I needed measurements to make sure I got the right size and Jake was quick to respond and with photos too! Bought the Christmas pressies a little late but they were delivered quickly also! I don't think I'll be shopping anywhere else now to buy cool snowboarding gear now that I found these guys👍

Jakey was super easy to work with and very helpful. He went out of his way to source a set of skins to accompany the skis I was purchasing which simplified the process a lot. He was also super accommodating on the shipping aspect of things.

Cracking, always dubious of new shops and decent prices but it came through! Well packaged and arrived quickly :)

Anyone needing skis / bindings….I would highly recommend speaking to Jake. Why pay more when you can go direct to Sampledrop and get the same skis and binding for less than ski shops are selling the same product. It’s all new gear with great offers available. Our Armada skis and bindings arrived this week and are great.
