Latest update made everything so much worse! Please go back to the previous version! I can't find a single thing that's improved. Just really user unfriendly now. Particularly hate the change in swiping down for settings or new messages, so awkward! Why??

Every times when you open internet you need to agree access. Not any history. It's so bad. It's for the first time in since samsung is on the market when I thinking to change the company

Well thats my mind made up after the latest piece of crap they call an upgrade tell me where its destroyed my phone lost all my calander data turns me off all the time when using apps enough is enough with thiz shit company never thought i would say but Iphone hear I come.

The latest samsung update is absolutely useless. It's change the look of a lot of apps, the battery charging level display and the battery display in the top right hand corner is that small I have to go into settings to see the battery level. The battery drains so quickly I'm having to charge it 4 times a day.
When I renew my phone next month it won't be samsung.

Stay clear of the UI samsung update if at all possible. I bought a New S24 & used this update. Totally ruined a Brand New phone. I've always bought Samsung phones........Never again 🤨

my phone updated and it ruined my entire phone cuz now it's like 10 times slower and I don't understand anything on the quick settings

This new update is absolute rubbish. Whoever facilitated the most recent update needs a stern talking to and needs to develop their skills in this area. In addition to all the other update issues, my phone is constantly going flat - I can't recall the last time it was full and stayed that way for a decent amount of time. I'm the mother of a young baby who does not have time and energy to constantly be charging my phone and having phones going flat. I detest IPhones, but after this update, I'm seriously cobsidering changing brands for my next phone purchase. Fix it, please.

The new update is very bad .Nothing not even a single app is working properly. Whenever Iam trying to swith off my mobile some Gemini message papers which is very disturbing. I don't require Gemini in my phone then it was implemented forcefully.Samsung should ask for the permission first. Truly very bad and very frustrating the new update is got very disappointed with Samsung

Whomever is in charge of samsung updates needs to be replaced. Latest updates continue to cause service interruptions, faster battery drain and poor performance. Have had Samsung for many years and never have had so many issues. And yes, I have their Flagship phone. About 2 minutes away from getting rid of Samsung for another brand. I cannot continue to wait for Samsung to fix what they have broken. Clearly very disappointed.

Battery drains super fast now. Can't detect what background installment is now eating up my power so I'm charging very frequently. Do not disturb malfunctions - constantly ending several hours before the set time so notifications start blaring few hours before I'm to wake up. Why is Samsung making me lose sleep?? Calculator now has a "zero" that you must remember to clear before computing anything accurately. Easy fix is for developer to put it as a leading rather than trailing zero. Many other user interface annoyances and malfunctions - enough to make me seriously consider dropping Samsung.

The update is absolute garbage. The apps on the screenare smaller, everything is different, callers can't hear me and battery is draining fast. There was nothing wrong before the update and my phone is barely a year old.I guess this where I part ways with Samsung, won't buy another one.

One UI - absolute CRAP & USELESS update. It's such a needy update programmer being like - please like me please please.
Well maybe if your updates were done better and more useful more people would probably like and appreciate them.

Why did they change the whole goddamn layout?? It was not even based on bad feedback from users. They just change bull shit for fun? You have lost a lot of customisation. This is so frustrating to have things changed without being asked for it. Goddamn idiots at samsung. I think its time to boycot apple and samsung now.

I hate the last update especially the battery icon top right as its black/grey really difficult to see, what wax the point???

Display contrast is non existence particularly in gmail. Hate new stylised icons.

Samsung software update absolute rubbish the whole screen has been changed around not user friendly at all. Can it not be reverted back to before the update, so many complaints it is unbelievable.

Too many updates on the Samsung phone from every app designer and once I trigger the updates all kinds of settings go to hell and I have to go back into the settings and search out why I'm having keyboard trouble or any other kind of trouble stop with the updates already don't you have enough information on me already don't tell me the updates are forcing the apps to work better and for me to have a better experience because it's quite the opposite

What the hell? Why was I not warned that this was not just a security update? I absolutely hate it and I want the older version back. I especially hate that I have to swipe in two different sides to get all the features I used ALL THE TIME before. This is completely annoying. And I am seriously thinking about switching phones.

Terrible update. Might as well be with Iphone now, I'm switching
