Buying a TV

I’ll answer based on my own past experience: If a large item like a TV gets damaged during transport—even if the damage is minor and only to the box—do not accept the delivery. Otherwise, you risk getting drawn into a protracted dispute. That is something you want to avoid—believe me! You’ll end up going round in circles without getting any real help. Buy the TV from a local retailer so you can arrange for delivery and setup; that way, you avoid the kind of problems you’d otherwise have to pay the price for.

Done with Samsung for now

I have been buying the S series phones since the S2. At this point it’s not tempting to upgrade my S25 ultra or buy Samsung anymore because I feel like I don’t matter to them. Several times I have been an early adopter only to see that months later, people were getting it cheaper with free stuff coming with it. Last time I contacted them about it and just got a generic answer that meant sorry, better luck next time.
